Dear Mclaren Appeals; hello and good day to you,
Regarding your decision not to pay for my stress test, BEFORE the test was scheduled TWO hospitals (Grayling Munson AND Otsego Gaylord) got APPROVAL from you for the procedure due to my Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). I never gave my consent to ask some strange doctor, who doesn't even know me nor my condition, for his opinion (HIPAA Laws).
Now there are 2 separate facilities that checked with you to see if you'd cover the test BEFORE they would even schedule it. I had the test done at Otsego since it's closer.
Refusing to pay for this test will deter me from seeking further life-saving procedures in the future as long as you're "insuring" me. So this will negatively effect my health. Should I seek legal counsel?
Please correct this mistake as soon as is convenient for you. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Have a good one.
Sincerely;
Vini (Vincent) Ciofani
