Vini hovered over the meeting in cloaked mode. In the complex below, leaders and extraterrestrial leaders were signing an agreement after some talks. Vini used the remote viewing weapon to get an eye and ear inside. The aliens had told the humans that their species was an immature subspecies gaugeable by the atrocities that they tolerated by their subhumans, even lower than the subspecies leaders. And the subspecies can't be trusted with any more technology.
The agreement they were signing would grant immunity to the aliens for hunting the feeble-minded subhumans who perpetuated animal cruelty, and those who liked to watch it, until they were entirely eradicated, exterminated. The aliens would be allowed to hunt the animal abusers and spectators of abuse and experiment on them, torture them, enslave them and imprison them. The aliens would see this as a species cleansing, to make humans more qualifiable for technology and survival. Aliens loved to reciprocate animal abuse upon those who perpetuate it and those who'd like to see it. It was a satisfying sport to them. It was fun to torture a subhuman who'd torture an animal or like to see it. Aliens would cause earthquakes and tsunamis to wipe out whole countries of them and those who tolerated it.
Aliens searched the planet and could not find a land where animal abuse was not tolerated. As far as they were concerned, humans had to be wiped out just to protect the animals from them. Vini recorded what the viewer saw and heard and flew away from the place into the sky.
