Re: Weltman, Weinberg & Reis CO., LPA

ATTN: all judges and justices;
when presented with motions from
Weltman, Weinberg and Reis CO., LPA
323 W. Lakeside Ave. Ste. 200
Cleveland, OH 44113-1009
understand that this company takes old debts that are past the statute of limitations out of the trash and they also try to extort vulnerable adults (who’re on SSI) for debts that have been settled as far back as 7 years ago.
For example, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis CO., LPA recently tried to extort a Grayling Michigan vulnerable adult of $624.62 for a debt that was erroneous in the first place, and was settled more than 7 years ago. Regardless of what’s on record, even if the debt were still outstanding it has passed the 6 year Michigan SOL by more than 2 years, being as this debt was supposedly from 2007. The debt was originally owed to Credit One Bank and is supposedly being collected by LVNV Funding LLC, who has no legal right to try to collect on an 8 year old credit card debt in Michigan where the statute of limitations for such collections is clearly stated as being 6 years.
This is getting redundant and none of these harassing extortion attempts are ever forwarded to the vulnerable adult that they’re trying to extort because it could cause his condition to worsen to be exposed to these extortion attempts.
Anyone online who’s had to look-out for a vulnerable adult knows how parasites crawl out from under rocks like scorpions to try to victimize them. Please forward this warning and post it on your forums so that judges can be warned that they may be participating in extortion by engaging a legal ruling against someone these garbage picking shysters file motions against.
Sad garbage picking losers, harassing and extorting vulnerable adults over stuff they found in the garbage.
