The debt was originally owed to Credit One Bank and is supposedly being collected by LVNV Funding LLC, who has no legal right to try to collect on an 8 year old credit card debt in Michigan where the statute of limitations for such collections is clearly stated as being 6 years.

This is getting redundant and none of these harassing extortion attempts are ever forwarded to the vulnerable adult that they’re trying to extort because it could cause his condition to worsen to be exposed to these extortion attempts.
