If they are on welfare or government assistance, they should be required to wear a body camera that’s constantly feeding into a government monitored cloud where the information is stored and reviewed, constantly. It should be standard fare by the end of 2015 that all Americans on welfare be required to wear body cameras, even in the shower and the bathroom, to receive ongoing benefits…The taxpayers (who support them) have no right to “live” in their eyes?
