There are some spirits already being time looped as their victims and ripple effects victims. There’s spirits being time looped as slaves to repay the mechanism. There’s spirits being time looped as animals they abused or neglected. There’s spirits being time looped as people who built cities and statues as they were busy building them. These time looped spirits are both young and old, rich and poor. There’s no special treatment. Spirits are rewarded or punished based on what’s contained in their non-tamperable non-erase-able spirit memory which even records thoughts and omissions.
If they’re dead and they caused suffering or sadness, then they’re probably already being time looped. This timeline we’re in has already been undone and the replay started, so those who were time looped are not even here, do not even exist, even now, if you can wrap your mind around that.
